Well, here we are again. Two days until class with an update email. SORRY!
For class this week, you are working on turning in any papers you haven't finished. You are also reading "Being George Washington" and LOVING it! And you were working on the next few pages of the Declaration - reading, digesting, processing, analyzing.
I hope you have been busy!
Last week was amazing! Our presenter, Bob O'Neal, from the Sons of the American Revolution, was such an outstanding resource! He shared some great insights with us regarding how the teenagers of the American Revolution contributed to the awesome, world-changing fight. He was so engaging, and you all did a fantastic job at focusing and soaking up the information he shared.
You were a GREAT AUDIENCE! Nice job!
This week, we will be pleased to listen to presentations from Mary and Archie. Good luck you two! We are really looking forward to listening to all you have to share with us.
We will also be working on the Declaration Document Study. PLEASE make sure to bring your binders with you, including the pages you inserted at the end (we use these to study the declaration, etc).
See you all on Thursday!
-Teacher Kelly
